Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to lead and manage our housekeeping operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this vital role, you will oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of our hospitality environment, ensuring every guest experiences a spotless, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control procedures to optimize efficiency and consistency Oversee daily cleaning operations, including room cleaning, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and special event setups Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, laundry facilities, and public spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly and enhance overall service quality Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial services within a hospitality setting Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices Familiarity with hotel operations, guest service standards, and hospitality industry regulations Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use Prior experience with housekeeping management software or inventory systems is a plus Join us in creating a pristine environment that delights our guests!
