Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care and efficiency Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, vacuuming carpets, and applying appropriate treatments for tile or hardwood floors Ensure sanitation protocols are followed diligently in kitchens and bathrooms to promote healthy living environments Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific cleaning needs, and ensuring their satisfaction Manage janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment in good working order Assist with housekeeper management duties when needed, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning tasks for larger projects or teams Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is highly preferred; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and janitorial standards is advantageous Experience with laundry services and housekeeper management enhances your suitability for this role Strong customer service background with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and polishing machines is beneficial Join us to bring sparkle and comfort into homes while enjoying a vibrant work environment that values your skills and dedication!
