Job Description
Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation of DeLand is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to work with our Housekeeping Staff. The candidate should have experience in a similar position and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that the facility rooms are clean and well-maintained. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure that facility needs are met promptly. Responsibilities Clean rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards and procedures Perform deep cleaning of rooms including carpets and upholstery Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team Restock supplies in rooms and public areas Dispose of trash and recycling properly Follow all safety and security procedures Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous housekeeping experience required Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
