Houseman Job Summary:
The Houseman is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of assigned hotel areas. The role also ensures guest comfort and satisfaction by adhering to brand standards for cleanliness and providing courteous service.
Houseman Responsibilities:
Pick up debris, sweep, dust, vacuum, and clean common areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces. Restock and inspect public areas, replacing expired or damaged marketing collateral. Wipe door frames, windowsills, walls, baseboards, and arrange furniture properly. Clean and disinfect appliances, equipment, furniture, and high-dust artwork. Clean mirrors, windows, vent covers, and glass doors. Vacuum hallways and common areas. Turn in all lost and found articles immediately. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. MUST BE BILINGUAL.
