Compass Hotel by Margaritaville - Flagler Beach Do you take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes? Are you someone who enjoys staying active and being part of a team that creates exceptional guest experiences? If so, Compass Hotel by Margaritaville is looking for a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Houseperson to join our housekeeping team. What You'll Do Assist room attendants with cleaning supplies, linens, and guest requests Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces Deliver items to guest rooms as needed Help with laundry operations and inventory organization Support the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift, push, and carry housekeeping supplies and linens Positive attitude and team-player mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required Availability to work weekends and holidays Why You'll Love It Here Full-time, year-round position Competitive pay Employee discounts Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within our hospitality company Work steps from the beach in a fun, Margaritaville-inspired atmosphere Ready to join the crew?
