Full-Time Room Attendant / Housekeeper Compass by Margaritaville Hotel - Flagler Beach, FL Love the smell of fresh linens and a room that sparkles like sunshine on the ocean? We're looking for a dependable, detail-loving Room Attendant to help us keep paradise looking its best at Compass by Margaritaville Hotel Flagler Beach. Our guests come here to escape the everyday—and you'll play a huge part in creating that laid-back island experience from the moment they open their room door.

What You'll Do:

Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards Make beds, refresh linens, and restock amenities Vacuum, dust, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms Report maintenance concerns and lost-and-found items Ensure every room is guest-ready, welcoming, and sparkling clean Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Assist with public area cleaning as needed

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic Pride in a job well done Great attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs Weekend and holiday availability Hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but we'll happily train the right person
