Airport Shuttle Driver / Houseperson 3001 SW 26th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 $15.50 - $16.50 an hour - Part-time, Full-time $15.50 - $16.50 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Shuttle Driver / Houseperson Job Summary The Shuttle Driver / Houseperson is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for hotel guests while delivering exceptional customer service. This position supports the Housekeeping department and is crucial for the success of hotel operations. Additional responsibilities Drive Hotel Shuttle Van to/from Avid Hotel to the Fort Lauderdale Airport Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service Clean and maintain all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, public restrooms, employee areas, and exterior entrances in accordance with brand standards Perform laundry operations by washing, drying, folding, sorting, and distributing clean linens, towels, and other hotel laundry to ensure an adequate supply for daily hotel operations Ensure housekeeping storage rooms, service areas, and back-of-house areas remain clean, organized, and well stocked. Respond promptly to housekeeping and guest requests to support hotel operations. Follow all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, company safety policies, and brand cleanliness standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to the appropriate department promptly. Assist other hotel departments and perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations and enhance the guest experience.
Pay:
$15.50 - $16.50 per hour
