This role covers both our commercial location and a residential property. What we're looking for: Detail-oriented — leaves every space spotless, not just "good enough" Responsible and reliable — shows up on time, every time Trustworthy — comfortable working independently in a professional medical/spa environment and in a private home Experience with residential / commercial cleaning. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in various environments Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Conduct floor care activities like polishing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance Manage janitorial responsibilities including waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies Assist with outdoor work when necessary, such as sweeping walkways or maintaining outdoor areas Use manual handling techniques to lift heavy furniture or equipment safely during cleaning operations Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial roles is preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards and floor care methods Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving equipment or furniture Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout your shift Experience with laundry services and carpet cleaning is a plus Previous hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience is advantageous Outdoor work experience is beneficial for maintaining exterior spaces when required Join us if you're passionate about creating clean environments that make a difference!
