Castle Premium House Cleaning is looking for more EXPERIENCED, RELIABLE, and detail-oriented residential cleaners to join our team as independent contractors to take several extra jobs per week across Broward! (Minimum pay $100 per house guarantee + you keep 100% of tips!)
- Start date: early July 2026
- No night work | No Sunday work | We provide the clients Job requirements: Show up on time for every job Do a good job cleaning houses (maximum 2 per day) Communicate effectively.

Work independently under a trusted company name ✅ What you need: Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience Your own reliable vehicle Your own cleaning equipment and supplies Enough English proficiency to communicate with clients and read appointment details. This is required! (All business operations are in English) Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and punctuality for all scheduled appointments This is an independent contractor position that offers high earning potential and true freedom — you just clean while listening to music with your AirPods, and we provide the management and a steady flow of clients. Do you have ALL necessary supplies for residential cleaning? (Brushes, brooms, mops, vacuums, chemicals, etc) What city do you live in? Can you go anywhere in Broward? (Especially Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Plantation, Sunrise/Tamarac, and Pembroke Pines/Miramar.) Do you have liability insurance or are willing to obtain it? (Typically only $30 a month) What's your typical availability and when can you start? Please be honest and as accurate as possible. Do you respond quickly to ALL phone calls and text messages? Do you have any experience cleaning Airbnb, VRBO, or other vacation rentals? (It's OK if you don't, just please be honest.) Cleaners who show up late for jobs, do a poor job cleaning, and who exercise poor communication skills are an absolute
