Position Overview:

We're seeking a hands-on, full-time Facilities & Residential Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order across five local properties. This role includes both commercial and residential locations, with residential duties involving daily housekeeping, laundry, and dishes. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating spotless, comfortable environments and enjoys variety in their workday.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain commercial and residential interiors Perform daily housekeeping tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing Handle laundry, dishes, and general tidying at residential sites Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Empty trash, clean restrooms, and restock essentials Report maintenance or property issues promptly Ensure all spaces reflect the professionalism and standards of the company

Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience required Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Valid Driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and stay organized Dependable, trustworthy, and professional attitude

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week Consistent weekday schedule with some flexibility as needed
