Position Summary:

As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will provide high-quality cleaning services for residential homes and small office spaces. Our technicians are trusted professionals who help clients maintain clean, healthy, and welcoming environments while representing our company with integrity, respect, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and deep cleaning services in residential homes and small offices Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces according to company standards Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and workspaces Follow established cleaning systems, checklists, and quality assurance procedures Handle client property and belongings with care and professionalism Communicate courteously and effectively with clients and team members Work independently or as part of a two-person cleaning team Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies in organized working condition Ensure each property meets Clean & Tidy Living's quality standards before completion

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices is a plus Professional attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to lift, bend, reach, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Dependable transportation and consistent punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-focused environment Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Background Check Is Required Why Work With Us?
