Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms. Execute detailed floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and maintaining various flooring types. Manage laundry services by washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens to ensure freshness and order. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, cleaning appliances, and ensuring all areas meet health guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' preferences, communicating professionally, and addressing any special requests or concerns. Use janitorial and custodial equipment effectively to deliver efficient cleaning results across different home environments. Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required, ensuring safety and cleanliness in food handling areas. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards. Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring surfaces. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Experience in laundry management and household chores such as organizing closets or kitchen areas. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices or hotel housekeeping experience is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. $22.25 - $27.00 per hour
