Job Description

The Banquet House Attendant is responsible for the setup, tear down, and maintenance of all meeting space, and assisting with cleanup of all assigned banquet functions at all hotel banquet functions. Weekend coverage & evenings will be required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The set-up of banquet tables and areas for banquet functions. Ensure the correct and timely set up of all Banquet Event Order functions. Attends meetings and any other functions as required by management. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the banquet function space, pre-function space and storage areas to include the carpets, walls, walks, windows, and heating/air conditioning units, etc. Breakdown after the completion of functions and ensure that all equipment and supplies are stored properly. Reviews all function sheets for last minute changes. Ensures that all guest requests are promptly addressed. Provides prompt, professional and courteous service during banquet meal functions. Performs tableside or buffet food service as required. Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
