Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential properties to ensure a safe, comfortable, and inviting environment for clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting surfaces and fixtures Care for floors through carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and proper maintenance techniques Manage kitchen responsibilities by assisting with basic cooking tasks when required Provide excellent customer service by respecting client preferences and addressing any specific cleaning requests Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly for optimal performance Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with laundry processes and housekeeper management practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Basic knowledge of janitorial supplies, equipment maintenance, and safety standards Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus If you are motivated by creating clean living environments and possess the necessary skills to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
