Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in vacation rental homes/condos. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. Duties Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. Conduct thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas in vacation rental homes. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use. Change bed linens, towels, and restock necessary amenities (toiletries, paper products, etc.) Follow Airbnb turnover checklists to ensure consistent cleanliness and preparation. Dispose of trash Secure the property upon completion of cleaning (lock doors, close windows, etc.) Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Skills Proven experience in custodial work or housekeeping is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers. Familiarity and knowlege of various cleaning techniques and products used in residential cleaning. Reliable transportation to and from properties. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all cleaning tasks. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or priorities as needed.

Physical Requirements:
