Sunburst Community Care Assisted Living & Memory Care Make a Difference Every Day At Sunburst Community Care , our residents deserve a clean, safe, and welcoming home. We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy helping others, we'd love to meet you! Position Summary The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment throughout our assisted living and memory care community. This position plays a vital role in promoting the health, safety, dignity, and quality of life of our residents. Responsibilities Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas daily. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas. Make beds and change linens as scheduled or needed. Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, and fixtures. Empty trash and dispose of waste properly. Replenish housekeeping supplies and report low inventory. Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines. Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly. Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality. Interact with residents in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare or assisted living experience is a plus). Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift. Must successfully pass a Level II Background Screening and drug screening (if applicable).
