Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency Conduct floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques Manage janitorial tasks like restocking supplies, disposing of waste properly, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition Assist with outdoor work when necessary by sweeping walkways, clearing debris, or maintaining outdoor furniture and fixtures Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests or special cleaning needs with professionalism and friendliness Follow safety protocols for manual handling and heavy lifting to prevent injuries while moving furniture or heavy cleaning supplies Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments; hotel experience is a plus Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygiene in various settings Skilled in floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently; comfortable with heavy lifting when required Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards clients or residents Outdoor work experience is advantageous for maintaining exterior areas when needed Join us as a Cleaning Professional and be part of a team dedicated to creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments!
