- Contract Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional House Cleaner to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The House Cleaner will ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned, organized, and presentable, contributing to a welcoming environment for clients. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a spotless environment Excute and provide before and after photos and videos of the customers home Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Execute detailed floor care routines, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing, to restore surfaces to their best condition Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction Manage household chores such as organizing clutter, changing bed linens, and light cooking assistance when required Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles, with knowledge of commercial cleaning practices preferred Strong skills in cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and general housekeeping management Experience with laundry services and basic cooking is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering cleaning equipment Previous hotel or custodial experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
