House Cleaner

Overview We are looking to add dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in residential spaces that are on consistent, rotating schedules, and providing quality turns for short term rentals within a timely manner. Teamwork, communication, and the ability to stay on task are necessary in order to complete the cleanings that are scheduled each day. Must be able to pass a background check and random drug tests. Personal, reliable transportation is required. Must have a smartphone with service in order to communicate properly. Good hygiene is an absolute must. All cleaning supplies are provided. Travel areas will generally be within Santa Rosa and Escambia counties. Duties Arrive to scheduled cleans within a timely manner. Provide a thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, stripping used linens and replacing with clean ones. Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use, and free of stains and/or damages. Make sure all personal cleaning supplies stay stocked and well-maintained for proper operations. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with coworkers and management so that any issues can be addressed immediately. Pick up and drop off linen bags, as needed, at the designated area. Requirements Experience in custodial work or residential cleaning is preferred, but not required. You must possess a strong attention to detail, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Maintain the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Possess a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Must be able to communicate well and speak fluent English. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs.
