Overview:

You'll be contracted to complete cleanings on a variety of properties through which we are contracted for and they give us homes, apartments, offices, and short-term rentals. Assignments may vary daily, and you could be given one or multiple cleanings per day. Most work is Monday-Friday, though occasional weekends may be required. We're looking for cleaners who can be counted on

• jobs are assigned in advance whenever possible, but sometimes you may receive same-day cleanings for last-minute or emergency requests.

We clean vacant, occupied and rental properties, including Airbnbs and office spaces. Cleanings can range from standard to deep, touch-up, or turnover cleans depending on client needs. This position requires the ability to travel to different job sites each day at your own expense. While we do our best to keep you working close to home, flexibility and reliability are essential. Pay & Structure 1099 Independent Contractor position Pay is per unit or job , not hourly — rates vary depending on property size, type of cleaning, and location Average earnings range from $20

• 30/hour equivalent , plus tips and performance bonuses Weekly direct deposit Performance-based incentives and repeat work available for dependable cleaners No set pay — each property is priced individually. We're Looking For:

1+ year of professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial) Reliable transportation

• you'll travel between job sites Own cleaning supplies & basic equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.) Smartphone proficiency
• to receive job updates and communicate with the team Clear communication
• must speak and understand English Able to pass a background check Available Monday-Friday (8 AM-5 PM) and occasional weekends Authorized to work in the U.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings in homes and offices Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and common areas Maintain high-quality cleaning standards using company checklists Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on site Report job completion and updates via mobile app
