In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and orderliness within the FOH and BOH areas of the modern dining food hall. Your dedication will directly enhance the guest experience, ensuring comfort and satisfaction at every visit. We value individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in their work. This will be early morning shifts from 5a - 11a with occasional 11a - 4p shifts. Weekend availability is required, however, we are flexible and grant time off when needed. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of front and back of house dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as doors, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Restock supplies such as toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff. Follow safety procedures during cleaning tasks to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment for all team members. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution and uphold quality standards. Adhere to all health regulations and company policies to deliver consistent service excellence. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably within hospitality or hotel environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care—mopping, buffing, carpet cleaning—and sanitation practices. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure no area is overlooked. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
