As a valued member of our Environmental Services department, you'll play an important role in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and sanitize according to facility standards Replenish paper products, soap, and other housekeeping supplies Properly collect and dispose of trash and soiled materials Follow infection prevention and safety procedures at all times Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition Provide friendly, courteous service to residents, families, and visitors Work as part of a team to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare, long-term care, hospitality, or similar environment is preferred, but not required Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service Join Our Team At Heather Hill Health Care Center, every team member plays an important role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
