Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team and help maintain beautiful, welcoming homes. Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to meet client specifications. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene across all areas, including kitchens and bathrooms. Execute floor care procedures such as carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques. Manage light cooking duties or meal preparations when required, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are upheld. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently and with attention to detail. Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and custodial tasks preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a dynamic environment. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
