Summary As a Housekeeper at Howard Johnson, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our guest rooms and common areas. This position is essential for ensuring a welcoming environment that aligns with our commitment to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in laundry duties by washing, drying, and folding linens and towels. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Follow established safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
