Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits. Manage residential or commercial cleaning tasks with precision, ensuring all assigned areas meet quality standards. Utilize specialized cleaning equipment for carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to enhance the longevity of surfaces. Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential, commercial, or hotel settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices. Experience in laundry services or housekeeping management is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
