Job Summary :

As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and common areas, providing exceptional service that enhances the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities, as needed. Ensure rooms are stocked with appropriate supplies and maintain inventory levels. Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed, to maintain pristine conditions. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Deliver a high standard of cleanliness and presentation consistently. Respect guests' privacy and follow all safety and security procedures. Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to all guests.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage but not essential. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
