Job Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required, m ust be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation), a bility to make decisions, p lanning and scheduling capabilities ability to read, write and do basic math, p ersonal timeliness be prompt with all assignments, a passion for cleaning, w ork ethic, a bility to learn and change behavior, w ork irregular hours. Employer conducts background check.

Work Environment:

This job operates in conditions that will include odors/dust, cleaning chemicals, and/or laundry chemicals.

Job Responsibilities:

S trip units of soiled linens, r emove trash from units, c lean units including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks, r eport clean units as vacant and ready for inspection, r eport unit maintenance issues as per company procedure, r eport damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens, r eport missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor, p erform weekly guest services cleans as directed, a ssist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage closets, a ttend all training sessions and perform practical application of training, e nsure a safe working environment, a ssist in solving guest complaints promptly, m aintain a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time Comply with safety regulations and procedures.

Salary:
