SUMMARY:

Professionally clean customer homes/Apartments/Condos and office using eMaids cleaning standards and products . Our main goal is to leave the customers places looking and smelling freshly cleaned and groomed each time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Uses eMaids cleaning procedures to perform the following

Tasks:

dust cobwebs, cleaning all hanging light fixtures and dusting baseboards and windowsills , sanitize, and deodorize all bathroom fixtures, showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors and vanities. kitchen appliances, counters, cabinets, tables and chairs. Cleans under furniture and/or behind. Vacuums all upholstered furniture, including under all cushions. Vacuum or sweep and then wash all hard surface floors Reports to Team Leader at job site or main office . Carries cleaning supplies and equipment either with company car or personal car. Pleasant attitude and contributes to the overall team effort of the company including being in uniform, dependable and on time and always respect and understanding for co-workers. Performs other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested by Team leader or Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The attributes listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability preferred for the position.

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS

Able to drive to and from various job sites during each day as required with company or personal car. Able to withstand regular physical contact with pets hair , mold, dust, mildew and several cleaning solutions. Physically able to lift and carry 20 pounds . This may include climbing stairs while carrying equipment. Ability to load and unload equipment from cars. Physically able to perform repeated movements during a day shift such as : Being on knees 40% of 8 hour shift . Bend on knees 40% of a 8 hour shift Reach shoulder height or above 20% of a 8 hour shift Dusting, mopping , vacuuming , cleaning will involve bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling and other physical movement during each job .

Licenses / Requirements
