Core Responsibilities Prepare and maintain guest rooms with meticulous attention to detail, following Naples Hotel Group and brand standards. Execute tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, making beds, and restocking amenities. Ensure bathrooms are pristine and furnishings are impeccably maintained. Efficiently report room status and maintenance issues to ensure seamless operations. Interact with guests warmly, addressing requests promptly and courteously. Uphold confidentiality and security protocols, safeguarding guest and company information. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles, ideally within hospitality. Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Physical Demands Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds independently. Engagement in frequent physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
