We are seeking reliable, honest, and enthusiastic Home Cleaning Specialists to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for cleaning, enjoy making spaces beautiful, and are looking for a rewarding job, this position may be perfect for you!Responsibilities:
- Perform custom cleaning tasks.
- Work efficiently to meet client expectations for cleanliness and timeliness.
- Take initiative and demonstrate problem-solving skills in ensuring the best possible service.
- Be personable and polite in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Handle special requests and provide occasional deep cleaning services.
- Maintain a presentable and professional appearance.
Requirements:
- Dependable and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders when necessary.
- Must be non-smoking and pet friendly.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and fully insured personal vehicle.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work 30 hours per week in a physically demanding environment.
- Experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred, but not required.
