Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure optimal cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and buffing floors to preserve their appearance and safety. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally during visits. Manage janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, disposing of waste properly, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition. Assist with special cleaning projects including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, or deep sanitation as required. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and floor care techniques to uphold hygiene and safety. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus. Experience with carpet cleaning and upholstery maintenance enhances your versatility. Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and operate cleaning machinery safely.
