Job Description

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the community's common areas and amenities. This position helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and maintain clubhouse, offices, fitness centers, restrooms, and other common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces regularly Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and glass surfaces Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the property Maintain cleanliness of community amenities, including pools, laundry rooms, and meeting spaces Restock restroom and janitorial supplies as needed Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management Assist with setup and cleanup for community events and meetings Follow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Maintain janitorial storage areas organized Provide friendly and professional service to residents and guests Full-Time Various Schedules to include weekdays and weekends.
Pay Rate:
Up to $20 DOE
