Job Description
A little about us We are a Candlewood Suites hotel — part of the IHG family — located right here in Panama City Beach. We are a team that works hard, takes pride in what we do, and genuinely looks out for each other. If you show up, do your best, and treat people right — you will fit in here. We are currently building our housekeeping team and looking for 5 great people to join us. We respect our housekeeping team. This work is not easy and we know it. You will be treated with dignity, heard when you have concerns, and valued every single day. What the job looks like day to day: Clean and refresh guest rooms — make beds, vacuum, wipe down surfaces, restock supplies Clean bathrooms thoroughly and make sure everything is spotless before you leave a room Report anything in a room that looks broken or needs attention so it gets fixed fast Restock your cart and keep your supplies organized throughout your shift Work with your team and supervisor to get through your room assignments each day Help with laundry, public areas, and other tasks as needed What we're looking for Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to the details Reliable — you show up on time and your team can count on you Physical stamina — this role involves walking, standing, lifting, and moving throughout your shift A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we will train you
