Housekeeping/ Laundry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our guests. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience and upholding brand and property standards.

Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities Fold all linen. Able to operate a washer and dryer. Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize all surfaces Ensure rooms are inspected and ready for guest arrival in a timely manner Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management Restock housekeeping carts and maintain supply levels Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 lbs Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
