Maintenance Helper - Houseperson

Are you a hardworking, reliable maintenance person? Our hotel is looking for someone who can assit our maintenance team with light reapir work such as painting, Additionally, you will work with the housekeeping team supporting general cleaning duties as a houseperson.

Responsibilities:

Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed Clean common areas Support with trash clearing and other general cleaning duties for the hotel

Qualifications:
