Job Duties:

Clean, organize, perform general housekeeping duties including polishing silver, keeping storage areas clean and tidy. Feed pets according to a set schedule and ensure water bowls are always full. Assist with dog walking and scheduled grooming appointments. Responsible for grocery and non-perishable shopping. Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, sinks, and high-touch areas, including countertops, appliances, and cabinets. Responsible for watering indoor plants. Run errands such as picking up dry cleaning and managing deliveries. Sort clothing and other articles, load washing machines, and iron and fold dried items. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the household, maintaining discretion at all times. Coordinate with outside contractors, such as plumbers, electricians, landscapers, or repair technicians, to ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance or repairs. Supervise and monitor the work of service providers within the home to ensure quality and adherence to homeowner instructions. Report any issues, delays, or concerns with contracted work to the homeowner promptly. Maintain a schedule of regular maintenance appointments and ensure areas are prepared for service providers. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the household, maintaining discretion at all times.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Foreign Equivalent 3 months of experience in the job offered Valid Driver License Stay at the employers residence for 5 - 15 consecutive days once a month when the employer is out of town to ensure the proper upkeep of the residence and as well as proper care of households pets Background check required (Local Police Department Background Check from last jurisdiction where Applicant has resided for at least 6 months).
