Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry to meet high standards of hygiene and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of appliances, fixtures, windows, and furniture to ensure a pristine environment. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning supplies and equipment. ensuring safety and cleanliness in the kitchen area. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and laundry management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment, including eco-friendly products when applicable. Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
