Your Role:

Housekeeper As a valued member of our team, you will ensure nonprofit and commercial facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will work with care, professionalism, and pride, knowing your work directly supports community well-being and the mission of our partner organizations.

Responsibilities Include:

Perform daily and deep-cleaning tasks: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing Disinfect high-touch areas in compliance with health standards Operate commercial-grade cleaning equipment (buffers, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors) Restroom sanitation and restocking supplies Floor and surface care including tile, VCT, laminate, and more Maintain logs of completed tasks and report facility issues Follow OSHA protocols, wear PPE, and comply with site-specific procedures Maintain a professional, respectful presence at nonprofit sites Communicate promptly and clearly with leadership and client partners

Requirements:

Dependable and punctual Positive, team-focused attitude Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods Willing to travel to various job sites Previous custodial or facility experience preferred but not required Must pass a Level 2 Fingerprint Background Screening Must follow all safety and health protocols at each site Opportunities for
