In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of residential or commercial spaces, ensuring every detail meets high standards of sanitation and presentation. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure spotless surfaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas regularly. Assist with outdoor work when necessary, including sweeping patios or cleaning outdoor furniture to uphold exterior cleanliness. Manage residential cleaning schedules with effective time management to complete tasks promptly without compromising quality. Use proper manual handling techniques to lift heavy furniture or equipment safely during deep cleaning or rearrangement. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, including janitorial or custodial roles. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Skilled in sanitation practices to ensure hygienic environments in line with health standards. Experience with laundry operations and managing housekeeping tasks within hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple spaces or projects. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas alongside indoor spaces.
