Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and time-efficient Housekeeper to help keep our hotel clean, comfortable, and guest-ready. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with purpose, and understands that consistency and efficiency are key to a great guest experience. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms efficiently according to brand standards Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and guest amenities Clean bathrooms thoroughly (toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, floors) Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas Replenish supplies and report low inventory to management Identify and report maintenance issues or room damages promptly Follow daily room assignment schedules and meet productivity goals Maintain cleanliness of carts, storage areas, and housekeeping equipment Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures Time & Performance Expectations Complete assigned rooms within established time standards Maintain consistent quality while working efficiently Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled shift Communicate clearly with supervisors about room status and priorities Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred (but not required—we will train the right person) Ability to work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift Dependable, punctual, and professional
