Job Duties and Responsibilities Assist members/guests as needed with towels, locker keys, etc. Excellent customer service skills and telephone/computer skills. General Locker room upkeep. General pool porter tasks. Job Requirements Familiarity with gym environment and equipment. Able to read, write and speak English. Able to work independently. Able to be on your feet for long periods of time. Excellent people skills. Meets grooming standards. Meets/exceeds customer expectations. Computer experience strongly desired. Meets or exceeds the team expectations. Energetic personality. Schedule Varied days/time including weekends/holidays.
