Job Description

About Us:
Coastal Detox is a family-owned and operated medical detox and residential treatment facility in Stuart, Florida. We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Full Time Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the overall cleanliness, comfort, and safety of our 44-bed facility.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas daily. Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, nursing stations, and treatment areas. Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Handle laundry, including linens, towels, and patient bedding. Properly dispose of trash and biohazard materials. Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times. Work collaboratively with nursing and maintenance staff to maintain a clean, organized environment.
Schedule:
Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (required). Shifts are 8-10 hours per day.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus). Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
