Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and applying carpet cleaning techniques as needed Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure rooms are fully equipped at all times Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests with professionalism and courtesy Assist with custodial tasks in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and recreational spaces to keep them tidy and welcoming Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities and operate janitorial equipment responsibly Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential settings or hotels is highly preferred Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment such as carpet cleaners and floor buffers Proven ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of sanitation Experience with laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and stain removal Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward residents or guests Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and safety protocols in cleaning environments Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required Join us in creating beautiful spaces where comfort meets cleanliness!
