Tally Maids gives you 2 to 3-hour evening cleaning shifts, 3 to 4 nights a week, on your schedule. You're looking for a structured side income that pays weekly and respects your time.

What this looks like:

You leave your day job, head to a client's home, Airbnb, or commercial office site clean for 2-3 hours, and go home. No office to report to. No boss hovering. You're an independent contractor and you set your availability and we match you with jobs that fit.

• at least 2 years of paid residential or Airbnb cleaning experience Your own vehicle, cleaning supplies including vacuum and mop Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work Available evenings (typically after 5 PM) at least 3 nights per week Comfortable with English communication, a smartphone, and daily internet access Authorized to work in the US
• background check required Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Care for floors through specialized cleaning techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly used and maintained for optimal performance Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' privacy and addressing any specific cleaning requests Follow safety protocols and proper janitorial procedures to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Skills in various cleaning techniques including floor care and sanitation practices Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety guidelines is preferred Experience in laundry services or housekeeper management is a plus Join us in creating clean, comfortable homes while earning flexible evening income!
