Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and hygienic Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and other public spaces to uphold the hotel's pristine appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners for optimal floor care Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate departments for swift resolution Follow established health and safety protocols to create a safe environment for guests and staff alike Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to maintain overall hotel standards Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques for various surfaces including carpets, tiles, and hardwood floors Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and guest service expectations Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance guest satisfaction!
