Products and supplies are provided. Homes average 4 to 5 hours to complete. The typical job will be cleaning 1-2 bathrooms, kitchen and appliances, inside windows, sweeping and mopping, other minor tasks as needed. Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness Conduct floor care activities like sweeping, scrubbing, mopping. Ensure kitchens and bathrooms are sanitized thoroughly, including appliance cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with each visit Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, restocking as needed for seamless operations Follow safety protocols related to sanitation, chemical handling, and equipment use to promote a safe working environment Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Familiarity with house cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering thorough cleaning results Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety guidelines; hotel or housekeeping management experience is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
