Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care. Maintain sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleanliness of their space. Conduct specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care treatments, and upholstery maintenance to enhance the longevity and appearance of surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies inventory, restocking cleaning products and equipment as needed to ensure smooth operations. Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures consistently to promote a healthy environment for clients and staff. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry handling. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching comfortably. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies management is advantageous. Experience in custodial or janitorial roles demonstrating attention to detail and reliability.
