QUALIFICATIONS

To join the team, you'll need: A reliable car with current insurance Your own tools (vacuum, mop, and cleaning supplies) Availability Monday to Saturday To speak English Good cleaning skills A clean background check A valid U.S. driver license To show up on time and be consistent

PAY & PERKS

Paid training (3 to 6 hours at minimum wage) Start at $18/hr + tips Get hourly increases up to $20/hr based on performance Bonus for bringing in new customers Bonus for bringing in new team members Bonus for smart ideas that help the company Tips — many of our customers like to show appreciation Direct deposit every other Wednesday
