Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with precision. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies for floor care, and general housekeeping tasks. Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' homes and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns promptly. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry processes. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift. Experience with custodial tasks or housekeeper management is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning tools and supplies used in residential or commercial settings is desirable.
