Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types in residential or commercial settings. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote health and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, coordinating schedules or supervising other cleaning staff. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or hospitality industry experience is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as carpet cleaners and floor buffers safely and effectively.
